Delete your account

You can delete an Audestra listener account from Profile in the iOS app, the Android app, or listen.audestra.com. Studio accounts that quota-own artist profiles must transfer or delete those profiles first.
1. In the apps
Sign in, open Profile (or Account and security on the listener website), tap or click Delete account, and confirm. Deletion signs you out everywhere, removes personal contact data, cancels membership, and cannot be undone.
If the account quota-owns Studio artist profiles, the apps will explain that those profiles must be transferred or deleted in Studio before the account can be deleted.
2. If you cannot sign in
Email audestra@ajilus.com from the address on the account. We will verify your identity before acting and respond within a reasonable time.
3. What we keep
Aggregated or de-identified analytics may be retained after an account is closed. We may also retain records needed to comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements, as described in the Privacy Policy.
